Week!!
No, I don't mean that
we are taking up arts and crafts!! I mean that this Sunday, December 18 we
will be holding the two biggest raffles of the year. First, of course, will be the biggest half-time raffle of the season.
It's always bigger and better (and badder) than any other half-time raffle of the season. There is usually an extra special
item on the table that is only available to PAID UP club members. So if you haven't paid up or know someone who wants to join
please see me and pay up before half-time!! Any new members at this point of the season are automatically members for next
season too.
The second raffle is
the annual fund raising raffle for Dream Come True and the Autism Society. If you have any ticket returns please be sure that
you are at the meeting and give your returns to President Bruce so they are entered in the drawing for several cash prizes.
If you have not been
at a meeting since early this season, please make a note to attend so that you can pick up your membership card and tee-shirt.
VP Jeff tells me that there are several shirts unclaimed at this point and we will NOT be carrying them around after this
week. They will either go on the raffle table or be donated to charity.
Seems to me that you
have a multitude of reasons to show up on Sunday, besides cheering the Raiders on to an overdue victory!!!!!!
